With 12 year’s experience, and the services that we can offer, we developed into a One Stop favorite for artist & bands.

Trough networking we developed a database to ± 500 artists and started arranging gigs mostly in Gauteng as well as Natal, Western Cape, Free State & North West.

Our bands are currently standing on ± 2500.

By the end of 2009, we booked over 800 different bands and shows. We additionally have contact details for over 4000 South African Artists.

We developed an email database of ± 7000 SA music supporters, businesses & venues in the South African music industry and other online users.

In 2008 and 2009 Blue Division joined Klipdrift in the organizing of the yearly “KLIPDRIFT BATTLE OF THE BANDS” competition that is held at Carnival City Casino in the East Rand, Gauteng.

In 2008 we recruited105 bands competing with 4 very talented bands in the final and 2009 brought another 102 bands and great new talent.

In October 2008 Blue Division organized a weekend festival “ PAMPOENE OPPI DAK” at the Liedjieboer venue in Midrand with 32 bands and artist with well known names like Anton Goosen, Abel Kraamsaal, Adam Tas, MD Greyling, Beeskraal & many more.

In April 2009 Blue Division was selected to do the organizing for the AFRICAN SPACE VENUE at KKNK. This was an “Awareness Stage” for artist to perform & sign up to be part of the entertainment for the 2010 Soccer.

Blue Division gave a 3-month dedication to the Wine barrel fundraising project in Hartbeespoort form October to December 2009. 3 Months of festivals and events to raise funds for the local school for disabled children.

As we moved into the New Year in 2010 we worked with a lot of new upcoming artist as Blue Division offers them special packages to get their careers on track and going.

In 2010 we arranged approximately 722 gigs for different artist.

Our charity event for the Amadea House that was held at Firkin Centurion made many kids happy last Christmas. The money that was raised that day went to a Christmas Party and presents for all the children.

2011 brought great projects and great memories. For the third year Blue Division was part of the recruitment team for the Klipdrift Batlle of the Bands yearly event.

The Firkin Centurion YOUTH ROCK FEST that was held on Youth Day at Firkin was a highlight as well as the SAXBY project (Fundraiser to help rebuild a burned down house) at Liedjieboer in Midrand.

The “ Bertie & Vriende Huldeblyk Konsert vir Hennie Smit “ was very well supported by the friends and fans of actor Hennie Smit to celebrate his 40th year in the acting industry. Liani May, Gerrie Pretorius, Gert van Tonder, Arina de Witt & many more was part of the line-up fot this event.

Blue Division is the proud organizer of the First Official “ FIRKIN SUMMER JAM 2011 “ Band Contest. 16 Bands were chosen from the entries to participate in the Semi-finals to be one of the 12 bands to play the finals of this event and to stand a chance to win a music video sponsored by the well-known Six Chambers.
